Poetryville
Poetryville was created because frankly, there are just too many
poetry websites that have too many rules for poets and those that enjoy reading
poetry. With all the restrictions about what you must read and how you often
you have to do it, we (me and a few poet friends), decided that we wanted to
share our poetry in a much more relaxed environment, and since we didn't have
time to search the web for one, we created our own. Some of us have been
writing poetry since we can remember and others have just started to spill
their poetic ink. The moderators here are lovers of life and invite you to join
us as we travel its path in poetic fashion. Well, we won’t bore you with
philosophical perspectives (you'll have to read our poems for that), so come on
in, pull up a poem and enjoy!

Poetryville
invites poets, writers, or anyone that would like to share their thoughts and
read others is welcome to do so. The only stipulations (sorry, but for the sake
of preventing utter chaos, we have to include these), are that you cannot post
more than two (2) poems per forum, per day, and no offensive, vulgar or
pornographic poems, replies or images can be posted at this website at any
time. The only requirement is that you have FUN!
